I think it looks okay.
the hair's the worst problem though.
and maybe too dark in the facial hair...

while Hetfield's hair looks good, Newsted's looked like it was made of snakes.
and Hammett looked like a scrawny Tom Araya.

Personnaly I thought the "they can't nail hair" comment wasn't directed at NECA but at pretty much the entire figure industry
